Sohail H. Ali, MD is board certified in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Internal Medicine.

He has been practicing for 24 years in Central Florida and has had the privilege of treating thousands of patients.

He graduated with a degree in biology from Government National College and received his medical degree from Sind Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He then went on to complete his internship at Westchester County Medical Center in Valhalla, NY and residency at St. Vincent Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. He moved to Augusta, Georgia for his fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at the Medical College of Georgia.

He is a member of several organizations including American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and The Endocrine Society.

Lived in Central Florida for 24 years with his wife and children. He is a proud grandfather to 2 grandkids.

His life outside of medicine involves spending quality time with his family, playing billiards, and he prides himself as a coffee connoisseur by sourcing coffee beans from all around the world.
Sohail H. Ali, MD
Angie is a board certified nurse practitioner affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She holds a lifetime membership at the Society of Leadership and Academic Achievement, since 2019. Angie earned her bachelor’s of science at Southern Adventist University and her Master’s of Nursing at Purdue University with specialty internships in endocrinology, gynecology and obstetrics, gastroenterology, internal medicine, pediatrics, and family medicine.
Her nursing background includes advanced critical and trauma care with certifications in practice, leadership, and teaching at the clinical and graduate didactic levels. Angie has had the privilege of practicing under the expert guidance and tutelage for the specialty of endocrinology under Dr.Sohail Ali, since 2024.
Outside of the workplace Angie enjoys time with her young children and 2 dogs. Angie enjoys a physically active outdoor lifestyle and quality family time. Hobbies include paddle boarding, biking, camping, and eating great food (not cooking it).
Angie volunteers regularly to bring quality medical care to the underserved population of Orlando, since 2013.

Physician Assistant
Mahek Kermalli is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Endocrinology, with a heartfelt commitment to providing personalized care for individuals with hormonal and metabolic disorders.
A native of Orlando, she graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida in 2020. In 2024, she graduated with her Master’s in Physician Assistant studies from Salus University in Philadelphia. Mahek is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is licensed by the state of Florida.
In her free time, Mahek finds joy in friendly games of volleyball and pickleball and discovering scenic hiking trails with her husband. She also enjoys experimenting in the kitchen to transform classic desserts into healthy, guilt-free treats!
